PURPOSE:To minimize an oversteer amount, by a method wherein a titled suspension is constituted such that a pair of space gaps, having a center in a direction which is inclined backward from a vertical line by half angle of a plane, connecting a swing central line and the center of the earthing surface of a wheel with a horizontal plane, and a horizontal plane, are provided in a rubber bush. CONSTITUTION:Rubber bushes 4 and 5 consist of inner and outer cylinders 11 and 10 and a rubbery resilient body 12. A pair of space gaps 13 are provided in the rubbery resilient body 12 such that a center is set in a direction which extends orthogonal to a plane M inclined backward from a horizontal plane X by about half theta of an angle 2theta of a plane, connecting a swing center T of the rubber bushes 4 and 5 and a center C of the earthing surface of a rear wheel, with the horizontal plane X. This constitution causes a rotary angle omega of a trailing arm with a lateral force to be a function of a set angle theta from a vertical line Y of the space gaps 13, and enables omega to have a minimum value at the angle theta of between 0 deg. and 30 deg., and permits minimization of oversteer. |
