PURPOSE:To improve reliability through elimination of sliding portions by forming two individual system of the mechanism for varying inductances and mechanism for short-circuitting a contactor and a coil. CONSTITUTION:An output of power amplification circuit is connected to an input terminal (a) and flows to an output terminal (d) passing through contact points (b), (c). A coil inductance in the output circuit can be varied by changing a total length between (a), (b), (c) and (d). A horizontal and parallel linear pipe 1 is held by a frame 3 through a plurality of insulative supports 2. A couple of guides 4 are fixed to the floor surface of the frame 3 arranged in parallel to the pipe at the lower part of linear pipe 1. There is a movable base 5 on the guide 4 and a support bar 6, a contactor 7, a drive motor 8 and a blower 9 are provided thereon. The movable base 5 is coupled with a feed screw 10 of which both ends are supported by bearings 11. The feed screw 10 is coupled to a motor 13 through a coupling 12 and thereby rotation of motor 13 can be transmitted. |
