PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can suppress the deterioration of a start clutch when performing start control for starting a vehicle after increasing a rotation number of an engine before the start.SOLUTION: A control device is mounted to a vehicle having an automatic transmission for connecting and disconnecting power between a drive source and drive wheels of the vehicle by the engagement control of a plurality of engagement means having engagement elements which are friction-engaged with each other, increases a power source rotation number when a brake is on-operated in a vehicle stop state, and also when an accelerator opening reaches a prescribed value or larger, transmits the power by making a plurality of the engagement means engaged with each other when the brake is off-operated after that, and starts the vehicle. The control device comprises parameter acquisition means which acquires a parameter indicating required acceleration at a start, and slip control means which slip-controls at least one of a plurality of the engagement means, and sets the number of the engagement means for performing the slip control according to a magnitude of the acquired parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
