The present invention relates to a novel diamine compound, a polymer thereof, and a polyimide film including the polymer. According to the present invention, a plurality of group 16 elements and oxides thereof are contained in a molecule of the diamine compound. Thus, polyimide films produced by using the same exhibit outstanding light permeability while being colorless and transparent, and may have high refraction rate and low double refraction rate.
