PURPOSE:To effectively control the temp. of agarose, by directly contacting a sheet like heater with a container for receiving agarose. CONSTITUTION:A definite amount of agarose conditioned and melted is preliminarily sucked in a syringe container 3 and the whole of the container containing a syringe needle 4 is enveloped by a sheet like heater 6 and controlled to proper temp. through an insulating transformer 9 and a slide resistor 10. In this case, operation for moving a shaft 11 by a syringe driving motor 15 in such a state that a syringe is attached to a moving stand 7 and a structure for moving said shaft 11 by a syringe linearily moving drive motor 8 are employed. |
