<p>The household appliance disclosed comprises an icecreaming vessel (3) wherein an icecreaming paddle (4) is active which is driven by an electric motor (5), and a device for automatically stopping the action of the paddle (4). That device includes means (16-24) of sensing the icecream consistency by measuring the electric current drawn by the electric motor (5). Such means are operative to drive a switch element (25) in the supply circuit to the electric motor (5) to open on reaching a preset current value.</p> |
