The invention relates to an arrangement for connecting a collar (1) having a retaining device (3) to a retaining plate (2). Screws (20) are held in the retaining device (3) via eccentric nuts (16) which are pushed into slots (15). The eccentric nuts rotate in grooves (21) in the cylindrical part (8) of the collar (1), which part (8) passes through the retaining plate (2) and is pushed into an opening (17) in the retaining device. Once the eccentric nut (16) has been pivoted into the groove (21), the collar is clamped to the retaining device and the retaining plate (2) by further rotation of the screws (20), by the tips (22) of the screws (20) making contact with the retaining plate (2). <IMAGE>
