In order to implement an arming device in explosive bodies, a fluid-flow engine is integrated into the explosive body, which engine is located in a flow field during operation. Said engine converts the flow energy occurring in the vicinity of the explosive body into rotation energy. The arming of the explosive body is initiated when a predetermined rotation energy value is reached, by means of a coupling device which couples a rotor to a safety device, which rotor rotates at high speed corresponding to the rotation energy absorbed.
