A cooling water guide member used for a vessel engine according to the present invention includes; a cooling water inlet, through which cooling water flows, at a cooling water passage formed in a circumferential outer wall of a cylinder linear, an inner wall of a cylinder head, and an outer wall of a gas outlet and a cooling water outlet installed in a row with the cooling water inlet and discharging the cooling water passing through the circumferential outer wall of the cylinder linear, the inner wall of the cylinder head, and the outer wall of the gas outlet in order. Thus, the cooling water outlet is capable of supporting an exhaust pipe used for a middle-sized engine. Accordingly, the cooling water guide member is capable of reducing the number of assembling steps and providing user convenience for maintenance, as multiple supporting brackets used for supporting the exhaust pipe in the past are not necessary. In addition, the cooling water guide member is capable of solving a problem of a narrow space for installing an electric panel due to a space occupied by the multiple supporting brackets in the past.
