PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of a product by the strong fusion bonding of an internal insert article, by a method wherein the surfaces of a mold cavities are contacted with an article to be inserted so as to hold a parison therebetween and, at this time, the support apparatus thereof is drawn off out of the mold to perform blow molding. CONSTITUTION:The chamber holder 1 for supporting a chamber 10 or an insert ring 7 is held by a support rod 5 and set at the predetermined position in a parison 7 and, after the extrusion of the parison 17 from a head 13 is completed, the lower end of the parison 17 is closed by a pre-pinching apparatus 14 to start a mold closing process. When the mold 11 is closed, the parison 17 is pressed to the inner surface of the mold 11 by the insert articles at both ends and the chamber holder 1 is held to the inner surface of the parison 17 coming to the wall of a tank and succeedingly held by the tension of a spring 4 even if the support rod 5 is pulled off. Thereafter, a usual blowing process is taken by a blosing pin 15. |
