PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which exchanges simply refractory lances in short time by the constitution consisting in supporting the refractory lance of an injection lance in a hoisted state by a grasping means, tilting the lance, imposing the same together with the grasping device on a conveyor and carrying out the lance. CONSTITUTION:The injection lance consisting of the water cooled lance 1 and refractory lance 2 which are joined to one body by a joining part 3 is hoisted and moved to maintain the same in the hoisted state, then the lance 1 is supported and fixed by a holding device 5 and the lance 2 is gripped by the grasping means 10 of the grasping device 8 attached vertically slidably to a tilting base 7 mounted on the conveyor 6 to release joining of the above-mentioned part 3. The device 8 holding the lance 2 is then lowered longitudinally by a moving means (not shown) such as cylinder provided to the base 7 and thereafter the lance is tilted and imposed together with the base 7 on the conveyor 6, by which the lance is carried out. The fresh refractory lance is carried into the device and is mounted to the above-mentioned lance 1 by the operation reverse from the above-mentioned operation. The exchange of the injection lance is thus executed. |
