PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a rotor in view of high speed rotation, by arranging a permanent magnet between conductors provided side by side at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of grooves 2 for conductor arrangement and holes 10 for permanent magnet arrangement are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of a rotor core 1, and a shaft hole 14 is formed on the center of the rotor core 1. Each of a plurality of separated permanent magnets 11 is arranged in each said hole 10. Each permanent magnet 11 is arranged to be inserted into each hole 10 of the laminated rotor core 1. As the result, the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the rotor can be dispersed by arranging a plurality of the separated permanent magnets 11, and the rotor can be prevented from being deformed of damaged due to the centrifugal force in case of the high speed rotation. |
