<p>PURPOSE:To lock an air-conditioning unit tight enough as well as to aim at improvements in operatability and betterment in sealability for a dashpanel, by installing a thread part in a drain tube of the air-conditioning unit, while clamping a nut to this thread part from the engine room side of the dashpanel. CONSTITUTION:An upper bracket 7 is solidly molded on the top of a vessel 2 in an air-conditioning unit 1, and likewise a drain tube 3 is solidly molded on a lower surface. In this case, a small diametral thread part 12 is installed in a tip end of the drain tube 3, while a large diametral part 11 is isntalled at the side of the vessel 2. At the time of setting this air-conditioning unit 1, the said thread part 12 is pierced through an opening part of a dash lower panel 6, then a nut 13 is clamped to this thread part 12 from the engine room side via a grommet 4', and the said panel 6 is held by the nut 13 and the large diametral part 11 in between whereby a lower part of the air-conditioning unit 1 is locked tight enough. And, as for an upper part of the air-conditioning unit 1, brackets 7 and 9 themselves are clamped with a bolt as in the past.</p> |
