OPTICAL DEVICE FOR INCIDENCE ON PLURAL OPTICAL FIBERS

PURPOSE:To make light incident on plural optical fibers efficiently by arranging plural focus lens opposite the optical fibers so that light is focused on the centers of the front surfaces of the respective optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:Light 3 emitted by a light source 1 is collimated by a collimator lens 2 into a parallel beam like a beam 4, which is converged like beams through focusing lenses 5a. Then the beams are focused on the front surfaces of the respective optical fibers 7, so the light from the light source 1 is all incident on the optical fiber bundle 8. Thus, the light from the light source is incident on the plural optical fibers efficiently.
