PURPOSE:To obtain the copying machine which interrupts copying operation when a preset number of copies are taken during continuous plural copying operation by interrupting the copying operation temporarily every time the number of copies coincides with a value stored in a stop quantity storage means. CONSTITUTION:When copying operation is performed without any overlay, an operator sets an original on a platen part and inputs the quantity of copies by operating a ten-key 36. The input numeral is displayed on a set display device 465 and the operator confirms the input numeral as a final set quantity and pushes a start button 37 without pushing a stop indication key 43. In this case, this input numeral is registered as set data in an area of a RAM34 where the set quantity is stored and the copying operation is carried out. On the other hand, when the operator needs to take 100 copies and stops the copying operation temporarily between the 20th and the 50th copies, the numeral inputted firstly on the ten-key 36 is ''20''. Then the operator presses the stop indication key 43 and ''20'' is registered as stop data. |
