PURPOSE:To improve productivity by integrating a half shearing tool and a half comprementary tool for indenting a steel material to 25-35% of the plate thickness with V-shaped tool having 60 deg.-90 deg. of the tool angle and then shearing the remaining thickness only by the half shearing tool. CONSTITUTION:An upper indenting tool 1 consists of a half shearing tool 2 and a half comprementary tool 3, both tools being integrated to be mounted on an upper tool rest 4 and an upper clamp 5. A lower indenting tool 1' also, similarly to the tool 1, consists of a shearing tool 2', a comprementary tool 3', a lower tool rest 4' and a lower clamp 5'. The indenting tools 1, 1' are put closer to each other to indent a steel material M to 25-35% of the thickness. Then, the remaining thickness is sheared with the tools 2, 2' by releasing the tool rests 4, 4' from the clamps 5, 5' and moving the comprementary tools 3, 3'. |
