PURPOSE:To markedly reduce installation cost and maintenance control cost for removing scale formed in industrial installation, by making scale removal equipment movable by loading the same on a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The chemical solution stored in a separation tank 1 is flowed into an intermediate tank 2 through a liquid level regulator 7 and sent out to a chemical solution outlet 5 by a recirculation pump 4. This solution is introduced into piping or machinery for aiming the removal of scale through piping and a special hose while the solution after the washing of piping or machinery is refluxed to a reflux port 6 through piping and a hose and receives neutralization treatment in the separation tank 1.
