发明名称 PREPARATION OF OOLONG TEA
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent whitening and precipitation (cream down for short) by a simple method without using an additional matter, by regulating L value and pH of oolong tea decocted from leaves of oolong tea, heat-treating it under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: Oolong tea decocted or extracted at low temperature from leaves of oolong tea is adjusted to 60-80 L value and 5-8pH, and heat-treated in a condition in a range belonging to an upper part of a curve obtained by connecting points of 140 deg.C:0.05min, 135 deg.C:0.15min, 130 deg.C:0.5min, 120 deg.C:2min, and 110 deg.C:10min when heating temperature is shown in y-distance and heating time in x-distance.
