<p>The wall comprises a frame consisting of U-section uprights (1), U-section horizontals (5) secured to the uprights, and wall panels secured to this frame. The members (1,5) consist of steel whilst each horizontal (5) has a projecting lip (6), at either end of which the extremity is wider than the remainder. Each upright is provided with vertically spaced openings (2,3) with an upright T-shaped cross-section and having an integral lip (4) extending from its upper boundary. This lip. which is initially at right angles to the web of the upright, is bent downwards after the lip (6) is inserted in the opening and lodged in its vertical portion (3).</p> |
