PURPOSE:To obtain a titled copper solder excellent in corrosion resistance against corrosive substances of sulfur group such as hydrogen sulfide by adding Ca, Mg, Bi, Fe etc. that are combined with Cu, P and a phosphoric acid radical to form compounds stable against corrosive substances of sulfur group. CONSTITUTION:One kind or more of Ca, Mg, Bi, Fe that combine with a phosphoric acid radical formed from above-mentioned P to form compounds such as Ca3(PO4)2 etc. which are stable against corrosive substances of sulfur group are added to copper solder containing phosphorus to obtain anticorrosive copper solder containing phosphorus excellent in corrosion resistance against corrosive substances of sulfur group such as hydrogen sulfide, etc. For 100g copper solder containing phosphorus having 5-7wt% P used commonly, it is desirable to add 0.013/ZXAM-0.68/ZXAMg of above-mentioned metals (Z; valency of above- mentioned metals, AM; atomic weight of above-mentioned metals). |
