PURPOSE:To obtain the titled easily edible sherbet having alleviated acidity, by adding sugar to ground raw tomato, cooling the blend into sherbet, putting the sherbet in a plastic container having a tomato shape. CONSTITUTION:Raw tomato is ground by a mixer, blended with sugar, to give a processed solution of tomato. The processed solution of tomato cooled into sherbet, and put in a plastic container having a tomato shape, to give the desired sherbet.
