PURPOSE:To stamp a colored discriminating mark on a resin sheet softened by heating with good efficiency by providing a pattern-forming portion incorporated with printing ink in a part of a top force. CONSTITUTION:A pattern rubber stamper 10 for discriminating marks, having a sponge 11 impregnated with a stamp ink is built in a part of a top force 1. The rubber stamper 10 is provided with a porous portion which corresponds with the upside of at least press pattern, where stamp ink is allowed to exude to the surface. A resin sheet 3 softened by heating is press-molded by using the upper mold 1. A given shape of sheet moldings 4 can thus be formed, a discriminating mark 41 can be stamped by the pattern former (a), and the upside of the discriminating mark 41 can also be colored.
