<p>PURPOSE:To integrally form many projection on the surface of a molding by inserting a belt with many holes between the inner surface of a path for molding and continuous long fiber bundles. CONSTITUTION:When the bundle of continuous long fibers is impregnated with an expansible resin liquid and directed to a molding path 4, a belt 5 with many holes, a synthetic resin film 6, and a latticed reinforcement 7 are inserted from an endless belt 41 side. They are sent into a heating furnace 8 under guidance of a guide roll 42, where the expansion and hardening of the expansible resin are accelerated and the resin liquid enters the holes of the belt 5 through the film 6 to form many projections integrally on the surface of the molding 10. The molding is then taken by a takeoff unit 9 and the film 6 is peeled off.</p> |
