PURPOSE:To prevent the bubbling phenomenon, shortage of lubricant and liquid from being compressed inside a compressor by keeping the compressor to run at a low speed for a certain period from the starting time of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A compressor is started in response to a starting command. After the starting, the compressor is urged to raise the revolutional speed as fast as possible to a low speed value at which sufficient lubricant can be supplied. The low revolutional speed is kept for a certain period with the aid of a timer. The compressor is then placed in a stable condition. An example of the low speed revolutional speed to be increased is 3,000rpm.
