<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the transmission horsepower loss of a slipping clutch by setting the slipping rate of the clutch to ultrafine constant value in a low speed rotating range of a main engine, and to larger constant value in a high speed rotating range. CONSTITUTION:The input shaft 8 of a slipping clutch 7 is coupled through an accelerating gear unit 6 with a crankshaft 5 of the front side of a main engine 1, and a generator 10 is couped with the output shaft 9 of the clutch 7. The output signal 13 of an input shaft rotating speed detector 11 is converted by a 3% slip setter 16 to a 3% slip set signal 17. The minimum value selector 20 compares the 3% slip set signal 17 with a speed set signal 19, and selects a smaller signal. A comparison calculator 22 controls the slip of a slipping clutch 7 in response to a deviation between the output signal 23 of an output shaft rotating speed detector 12 and the output signal of the minimum value selector 20.</p> |
