USE:An antiulcer agent useful for the remedy of digestive ulcer such as gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, etc. PREPARATION:The compound of formula 1a or formula 1c can be prepared by reacting the compound of formula 3 (R<4>' is group cited in R<4> except for H) with the compound of formula 2 or with the compound of formula 1b (R<3>' is lower alkyl) which can be prepared by the reaction of the compound of formula 2 with the compound of formula 4, by a conventional method.
