摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the work of removing melts with a higher joining strength by heating and melting the lower one of heterogeneous synthetic resin materials to be joined by a laser light to prevent the change of property of the melt. CONSTITUTION:A glass bar 6 is inserted into a through hole 3 formed in a plate member 2 of a polypropylene resin from above and the tip thereof is made to abut on the surface of a plate member 1 made of a stylene-acrylonitryl copolymer. Then, a YAG laser 5a with the wavelength of 1.06mum and the output of 20W is irradiated from an irradiation nozzle 5 for YAG: neodymium<3+> laser through a convex lens 7. Then, the plate member 1 is melted sufficiently by the YAG laser light 5a while the tip of the glass bar 6 is pressed against. After the irradiation of the YAG laser light 5a is stored, the glass bar 6 is pulled up and the tip thereof is positioned above the plate member 2 made of the polypropylene resin.
