<p>PURPOSE:To produce a resin-sealed type electronic part with excellent reliability especially under high temperature and high humidity by a method wherein antimony and/or bismuth base inorganic ion echanger is blended with an incombustible resin composition blended with diantimony trioxide sealing an electronic part. CONSTITUTION:An electronic part is sealed with an incombustible resin composition containing antimony and/or bismuth base inorganic ion exchanger blended with biantimony trioxide as a flame retarder. Said resin compositon is provided with excellent electric characteristics under high temperature or humidity as well as the least corrosive action on metallic raw materials under high temperature and high humidity. As for antimony and/or bismuth base inorganic ion exchanger, e.g. hydroxide of antimony and bismuth, hydroxide-containing compound, phosphoantimonate, zirconium antimonate etc. are applicable. The finer the particle diameter of said inorganic ion exchanger, the faster the ion absorbing speed and the better the corrosion protective effect when blended with a resin composition.</p> |
