<p>PURPOSE:To display the message of an alarm, etc., without destructing the display face plate being used, by providing a means which selectively and optionally switches a video RAM for ordinary display and another video RAM for alarm display. CONSTITUTION:When a previously set time comes, a sub-CPU2 detects it by means of an alarm time detecting means 3 and, if the power supply is on, applies an interruption to a main CPU1 through an interruption controlling circuit 6. When the interruption is applied while another process is executed, the main CPU1 identifies whether the alarming time has come or not through an alarm generating identifying means 7. When the alarming time has come, the main CPU1 switches a video RAM for ordinary display 10 to another video RAM for alarm display 11 through a display video RAM changing means 8 and displays the content on a display device 9.</p> |
