PURPOSE:A composition that is composed of a graft polymer between non-conjugate diene rubber and aromatic vinyl compounds, a copolymer from unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride/aromatic compound and polycarbonate, thus showing good resistance to light discoloration, impact strength and moleding stability. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) 10-80wt% of a graft polymer obtained by grafting aromatic vinyl compounds and/or unsaturated carboxylic alkyl esters on to non-conjugate diene rubber, (B) 10-80wt% of a copolymer obtained from unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydrides and aromatic vinyl compounds or a mixture thereof with other polymerizable monomers and (C) 10-80wt% of polycarbonate. The unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride in component B contains preferably 0.5-65wt% of maleic anhydride.
