PURPOSE:To prepare a prepreg having a desired fiber angle with high efficiency by cutting a UD prepreg sheet at the desired fiber angle to bring the cut sheets face to face with each other and automatically performing the bonding the taking-up of a tape. CONSTITUTION:A revolving table 3 is manually set at an arbitrary fiber angle thetawith respect to the take-up direction of a take-up apparatus 8. Thereafter, a UD prepreg sheet 11 is moved to the position by operating an unwinding apparatus 1, the first feed roll apparatus 2 and the brush roll 16a of a sheet feed apparatus 5 and cut by a cutting device 4 so as to become a determined sheet width. Next, the prepreg sheet 12 is fed to a guide plate 13 to be brought into contact with the left side of the previous prepreg sheet 12 by rotating a brush roll 16b while the brush roll 16a is rotated. Next, the upper parts of the contact parts of the prepreg sheets 12, 14 are pressed by a press plate 22 and the lower parts of the contact parts are bonded by a tape bonding machine mechanism 29. The prepreg sheet 12 after bonding is taken up by a take-up apparatus 8 while supported by a guide stand 15. |
