The light has a bearer structure in a light body and at least one lamp (3) mounted on the bearer structure, which is a profile body of one or two hollow extruded profiles with a reflective surface(s) facing the lamp. The hollow volume is completed by a wall (2.2) of one curved or several angled sections bounding on the wall (2.1) with the reflective surface and at the rear of this wall. An Independent claim is also included for a light arrangement with several lights.
