PURPOSE:To obtain the titled adhesive of good surface smoothness, with improved resist printing accuracy on base plate, for additive use, by making a specific adhesive composition into a film of specified thickness followed by bringing it to a semi-cured state with specific melt viscosity at a point during cure on heating. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprising (A) acrylonitrile rubber, (B) alkylphenol resin, (C) epoxy resin, (D) inorganic filler (e.g. zirconium silicate) and (E) noble metal compound applicable to a catalyst for electroless plating (e.g. palladium chloride) is, for example, homogeneously dissolved in an organic solvent. The resulting solution is coated on a releasable film so as to form a film of (0-600mu thick followed by bringing it to a semi-cured state with a melt viscosity 10<3>-10<7> poises at a point during cure on heating, thus obtaining the objective film. The amounts of the components to be used for said composition are as follows: A 25-70wt%; B 10-40wt%; C 5-30wt%; D 4-40wt%; E 0.01-0.5wt%. |
