<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an iodine absorbent reduced in a metal supporting amount and showing high iodine removing effect even under a high humidity condition, by supporting a metal by zeolite of which the mol ratio of silica to alumina is 15 or more. CONSTITUTION:A metal such as silver or lead, mercury or copper is supported by zeorite, of which the mol ratio of silica to alumina is 15 or more, pref., about 20-50, in a uniformly dispersed state.</p> |
