PURPOSE:To provide a device with a small length at a low cost by controlling the distance between the transferrer and a tripper, and by feeding the cargo in the tripper to a loading or direct transporting chute. CONSTITUTION:A plugging device 17 between the leg 18 of a tripper 15 and the leg 19 of a transferrer 1 is equipped with a piston and cylinder device 21 mounted between said leg 18 and the end of a horizontal member 20 behind the other leg 19. The tripper 15 is tracted by the transferrer 1 while being coupled by the device 17. For sweeping out, the bulk from a stack 35 is sent to a ground conveyor 10 through a bucket wheel 4, boom conveyor 3 and a hopper 9. For loading, the device 17 positions a chute 16 of the tripper 15 over a loading chute 6. In the case of direct transportation, the tripper 15 is retracted by the above- mentioned device 21. Accordingly there is no need of providing a trailer conveyor, which should shorten the device as well as lessen the space for installation. |
