In order to seal the cracks of road surfaces the following method is applied: a) a bituminous prelayer containing a solvent is sprayed on the contour of the cracks. b) Once the prelayer is dry, they are sprayed separately but simultaneously, on the prelayer, alpha ), a bitumen-rubber-emulsion with a softening point of the solid body (ring and ball) of at least 100<o>C and an elongation at rupture of at least 100% at 0<o>C in dry state, and beta ) an aqueous electrolight. c) Finally the sealing layer obtained in step b) is reheated so that the water vapour bubbles build therein and escape therefrom in order to bind it properly with the base layer. |
