PURPOSE:To perform measurement and inspection without manual operation, by providing lifting means, which lift and lower a plurality of weights on a suspending frame. CONSTITUTION:A base frame 1 is mounted on a cargo bed 10 of a truck 9. Weights 8... are once mounted on the cargo bed 10. Under this state, the truck 9 is moved on a platform. Then, the weights 8... are hooked by hooking parts 7a... of lifting means 7 and 7 and lifted slightly. Thereafter moving supporting legs 4c... are lowered. Then the base frame 1 is floated from the cargo bed 10 and the weights 8 are also floated and stopped. The truck is moved from the platform. Then, only a measuring and inspecting apparatus remains on the platform. The lifting means 7... are sequentially operated through a control panel 12, and the weights are lowered on the platform. Then the measurement is performed and the errors in measurement are found.
