A tire-molding bladder is treated with a lubrication/release composition to provide lubrication between and/or release of the bladder and a tire molded therewith. The lubrication/release composition contains an aqueous emulsion of an organopolysiloxane bearing one or more silicon-bonded amino-substituted hydrocarbon radicals and cures on and adheres to the surface of the bladder, particularly when heated. Bladder life is extended and multiple moldings without recoating of the bladder is provided.
