摘要 PURPOSE:Potato soup keeping mildness, causing no deterioration of taste during preservation, containing precipitate of the lowermost layer of centrifugation at a specific acceleration of gravity in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:For example, coarsely crushed potato and ground onion together with bouillon and water are put through a sieve of about 10 meshes or passed through strainer, to give potato soup containing >=30wt%, preferably 40-50wt% precipitate of the lowermost layer of centrifugation at 1,680g acceleration of gravity.
