PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of a spectroscope without changing the size of a connector, by bending the light path of the incident light to the spectroscope from a fiber probe at a right angle or a certain angle by a reflective mirror in the vicinity of an incident aperture. CONSTITUTION:A light path can be bent at a right angle in the vicinity of an incident aperture 8 by a flat surface mirror 10. Therefore, incident light is not impinged to a lens 9 even if the diameter of a lens 10 is made large. That is, because it is unnecessary to widen the interval between the incident aperture 8 and an emitting aperture 2, the efficiency of a spectroscope can be enhanced without changing the size of the optical connector 3 of a fiber probe. |
