PURPOSE:To prevent part of a conductor to become weak and to be isolated electromagnetically by facing down the flange surface of a bobbin wherein both the ends of a non-reacted conductor are fixed on the surface at the time of heat treatment of a coil. CONSTITUTION:A non-reacted conductor 1 treated for insulation at a high temperature is wound into a coil on a bobbin 2 which is treated for insulation at a high temperature. In this case, both the ends of the conductor 1 are fixed on the surface of a flange 3 of the bobbin 2. Then, the bobbin 2 wound with the coil is set on a supporter 4 for heat treatment facing the surface on which the conductor 1 is fixed of the flange 3 down and is heat-treated. This prevents part of the conductor to be isolated. |
