<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of cab assembling/fitting work by suspending a cab at the final stage of cab fitting line and performing the fitting work around the lower portion of cab thereafter carrying the cab while suspending to the total assembly line. CONSTITUTION:A cab 9 applied with interior fittings and carried on a truck 8 is glazed with window glass 11. The cab 9 carried on the truck 8 to the fitting/ transporting section 22 is suspended by a carrier (not shown) and carried along the transport line 23. Fitting work around the lower portion of cab 9 is performed in this carrying process. Upon completion of fitting work, the cab 9 is carried as it is on the transport line 23 onto the total assembly line 5 then lowered and fixed to the frame.</p> |
