PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of a switching feed-through error due to the parasitic capacity and to attain a comparison action with high gain and high accuracy, by connecting in parallel comparators containing a switch consisting of a PMOS and an NMOS and connected between the input and output respectively. CONSTITUTION:Input voltages V1 and V2 are supplied to input terminals of capacitors C of comparators 11 and 12 of the first stage by MOS switches 14 and 15 respectively. An NMOS switch 16 and a PMOS switch 17 of the first stage are turned on and off by clocks phi and -phi respectively. While an MOS switch 18 of a comparator 13 is turned on and off by a clock phi'. The fluctuations caused by switches 16 and 17 are produced at the exactly opposite side. Then a comparison action carried out at a high gain area of the comparator 11 or 12 is transmitted surely. |
