<p>A gas containing a large number of mist particles of not more than 0.5 micron cleans various environments, e.g. factories manufacturing LSIs, factories manufacturing food, surgical operating rooms and their operatives or patients and the like wearing clothes. The gas is sent to an environment and then removed. The mist particles carry microscopic dust, bacteria or mould out of the environment.</p> |
