PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable for coated metallic panels which can form coating film which does not undergo peeling, clouding, or the like when the panel is bent, obtained by radical-copolymerizing specified two kinds of (meth) acrylate esters with a polysiloxane and a silane compound. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition of a weight-average MW of 5,000-300,000 is obtained by copolymerizing 40-80wt% at least one compound selected from (meth)acrylate esters in each of which the ester group has 1-12 carbons [e.g., ethyl (meth)acrylate] with 20-5wt% at least one compound selected from among hydroxyl group- and epoxy group-containing (meth)acrylate esters (e.g., hydroxylethyl acrylate), 20-0.01wt% vinyl group-containing polysiloxane [e.g., vinyl group-terminated polysiloxane of the formula (wherein n is a positive integer) and an eta of 2-100,000cp (25 deg.C], and 20-2wt% silane compound having a vinyl group and 2-3 Si-bonded hydrolyzable functional groups. |
