PURPOSE:To take out a molded product without using an extrusion pin having a longer shaft length than that of a molded product by installing a fixed force having a body with a concave part of trapezoid cross section and a special movable force equipped with an extrusion pin, both forces being communicated to an extrusion molding machine. CONSTITUTION:Resin is extruded into a mold in a condition where a sliding piece 11 is fitted into a concave part 4a of a force body 4 and an extrusion pin 10 is fitted into the sliding piece 11. Then the resin is introduced into a space having annular cross-section between a circular through hole 14 and a core 18 from a gate 5. After these procedures, a movable force 2 is pulled out a fixed force 1 and a hollow cylindrical finished product is pulled out the core as it is attached to the sliding piece 11. While a supporting plate 8 for extrusion pin is halted by a stopper, the extrusion pin 10 comes way out on the upper surface of a supporting plate 9 for sliding piece. The tapered part of the extrusion pin 10 opens an interstice between the sliding pieces 11, 11 in a joint action with a tapered hole 12. |
