PURPOSE:A food for healthy drain, containing lecithin and vegetable extract saponin component as essential components, and capable of preventing aging of the brain and activating cerebral cells. CONSTITUTION:A food for healthy brain containing (A) lecithin, preferably lecithin, extracted from soybean and (B) vegetable extract saponin component at about 10:1-20 ratio. The intake amount of the above-mentioned food is preferably about 300-9,000mg/day expressed in terms of the lecithin.
