PURPOSE:To make it possible to select the vibrating frequency of a vehicle body freely, by constituting a resonating body by a spring and a weight, hitting a piezoelectric body by the weight when acceleration exceeding a preset level is applied to the resonating body, thereby generating a voltage. CONSTITUTION:A resonating body holder 11 has a tubular body with a bottom. A plate shaped piezoelectric element holder 12 is fixed to the opening side of the holder 11. In the tubular body 11 with the bottom, a resonating body 15 comprising a coil spring 13 and a hammer shaped weight 14 is enclosed. When acceleration exceeding a preset level is applied, the weight 14 hits the piezoelectric body and a voltage is generated. Thus the resonating frequency of the spring and the weight can be arbitrarily selected. The vibrating frequency of a vehicle body during the running on a bad road can be freely selected.
