Then, an angle fixing screw 9 is engaged threadably with a rod screw 10 and a tool holder 15 is engaged with a rod screw 13; and a fixed lid 12 is fixed threadably and fixedly to the rear surface part of the conometer main body 1 to constitute the conometer A.
