PURPOSE:To remove leakage flux, and to obtain an electromagnetic actuator of favorable efficiency by a method wherein a member consisting of a magnetic material and a member having a coil integrated in one body with a magnetic material are made to face mutually with the mutual planes enabling to be moved relatively. CONSTITUTION:The shaft 8 of a member 7 consisting of a magnetic material is inserted in the penetrating hole 26a of the supporter 26 of a member 9, and both the members 7, 9 are made to face mutually enabling to be moved relatively with the mutual planes interposing a gap 20 between them to construct and electromagnetic actuator 11. A compound coil 21 constructing the member 9 is formed by interposing a conductor consisting of an insulating part 23 and a conductor part 24 between magnetic body parts 22a, 22b, and folded in two at the position nearly the half in the longitudinal direction thereof to be made as a starting point part 21a, the conductor is wound spirally, and fixed on the supporter 26. The member 7 is pushed up according to a spring 19. When the coil 21 is excited, the current conducting conditions of the conductive parts 24 of the mutually adjoining positions A, B become reversely mutually. Magnetic fluxes of whole magnetic paths generate attracting force in the same direction between the members 7, 9 in the gaps between the actuating surfaces 7a-7e of the member 7 and the actuating surfaces 9a-9e of the member 9, and a valve part 14 is made to a closed condition. |
